Standard Sessions

Most people choose standard sessions, which usually take place weekly, though some people prefer to meet every two weeks or monthly depending on their circumstances.

Regular sessions create a steady space to explore what you’re experiencing and begin working through the things that may be keeping you stuck.

Longer Sessions

Longer sessions are available for people who feel they would benefit from more time in a single session.

Some people choose these when they want to explore something in greater depth. Others find that having additional time helps them settle into the session, work more creatively, or feel less rushed when talking about something important.
